Beginners Yoga Classes
These courses are designed for students who have little or no experience or confidence in Yoga. Key yogasanas (postures) and breath awareness will be taught, in a supportive, welcoming and friendly environment.
By the end of the course you will be able to safely practice the key postures and correct breathing. You can either stay in a class with some of the students you have trained with so far* or join the Monday 7.30 - 8.45 pm class (* depending on class numbers)
All face to face lessons are postponed until further notice due to COVID 19
As soon as I am able I will be re-starting lessons.
